196 calories, 20.7g of protein per serving. Everything you love about an iced coffee, creamy, cold, and indulgent, with the protein hit to actually keep you going. Two ways to make it, both taste unreal.
The salted caramel protein powder does all the flavour heavy lifting, you don't need syrups or sweeteners. Ireland's first heatwave of the year has arrived and this is exactly the kind of thing you want in your hand right now. Serves 2, so make one for a friend or just keep both for yourself. No judgement.

Per serving:
196 calories | 20.7g protein | 6.5g fat | 14.2g carbs
Ingredients
- 300ml milk (we use oat!)
- 2 scoops of your favourite protein powder (we use MyProtein Salted Caramel)
- 1 cup of ice
- 4 teaspoons good instant coffee
Method
- Add all ingredients to a nutribullet and blitz until smooth and frothy. Done.
- Alternatively, whisk the milk, protein powder and coffee together with an electric whisk until the mixture doubles in volume, then pour over ice. You can also use a protein shaker or cocktail shaker for a quicker version.
- The nutribullet method gives the smoothest result. If you're whisking by hand, make sure your milk is cold, it froths up much better. Don't skip the ice, it transforms the texture completely.
Toppings
Dust with cocoa powder, drizzle with salted caramel sauce, or keep it simple. Honestly it tastes incredible as is. We just couldn't resist the cocoa dusting for the photo.
