Christmas Week Deliveries

Sunday 21 December: Final day to place orders before Christmas

• All Christmas orders must be placed by midnight on 21 December.  
• Orders received after this cut-off will be processed in January.

Service Pause (Christmas to New Year)

• No dispatches between 23 December and 4 January.

New Year Deliveries:

• Monday 5 January: Dispatch resumes

Normal Service

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

Standard delivery times: Our delivery partner DPD delivers your package within 1-2 days depending on your location.

You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order is on its way.

We currently ship across all of Ireland. If you’re based elsewhere, get in touch, we’d love to hear from you.

RETURNS

Our Promise to You

Our snacks are sealed for freshness and designed to last, which means we can’t take returns once they’ve left us. If anything arrives damaged, unsafe, or not as described, we’ll replace it or refund you straight away; just email hello@oac-ltd.com.
