Putting a crumb on it - in good company
Welcoming Rachael to oac
at oac, we've always believed that good food should feel good - to eat, to enjoy, and to build a life around. So we're delighted to share some news: we've teamed up with Rachael Orpen, a registered Nutritional Therapist and member of NTOI as our ongoing nutrition partner.
this isn't a one-off collaboration. Rachael brings an evidence-led, functional medicine approach and a special interest in women's health, and she'll be working with us as we grow, lending her expertise across our whole product range and helping our community eat well in a way that genuinely lasts.
we're kicking things off with our Collagen Crumb, which Rachael has been trying, testing and championing. we sat down for a chat about sensory eating, autumn habits, and why crunch matters more than you'd think. here's a taste of that first conversation.

4g of bovine collagen.
per serving.
Most collagen products sprinkle in a token amount so the label can say the word. Every serving of crumb carries a proper 4g, alongside 4g of whey protein, in food you'd be eating anyway.
Collagen is the most abundant protein in the body, the structural stuff in skin, joints and connective tissue, and your body makes less of it every year. That's the case for getting some back in.
