ingredients:
Milk of choice: 100ml
Yogurt of choice: 100g
Protein powder of choice: 20g
Oats: 30g
Chia seeds 30g
Add on options:
1 tsp maple syrup (make it sweeter!)
1 tsp cacao powder (make it chocolate!)
Pinch cinnamon (make it spiced!)
1 tsp peanut butter (make it moreish!)
1 apple chopped (make it fruity)
method: (prepare the night before)
1) Mix all dry ingredients together well
2) Add the liquid ingredients
3) Add your fave extras
4) Top with your favourite fruit or seeds
5) Don’t forget to bring a spoon!
