This is one of those recipes that feels like it shouldn't count as healthy. It's rich, it's chocolatey, and it takes about three minutes of actual effort. The chia seeds thicken everything into a proper pudding texture - no cooking, no blender, no washing up mountain.
The trick is the hot water. Give the chia seeds a good 30 seconds of stirring and they'll start to go jelly-like almost straight away, which is exactly what you want before the yoghurt goes in. From there it's just stirring until smooth.
You can eat it straight away, but we like to chill it for about 20 minutes first - it sets up thicker and the flavours settle in. Worth the wait, promise.

Toppings
Strawberries, choc chips, and a Cadbury Flake stuck in at an angle like a fancy ice cream. And if you want extra crunch (and even more protein), a scatter of oac collagen crumb over the top is exactly what this needs. Want the visual? Check @oacsnacks on Instagram for the video recipe.
