First time trying this product and I am really enjoying it. I mix this mixture onto my yogurt and it adds a lovely crunch. It is also very filling so it bulks up the yogurt a little more. One serving is loads to add enough flavour and not too jump too high if you are watching the calorie count. I am a fan!

I really liked it a great edition to my morning fruit and yogurt, a bit of a luxury not something I would have on a continual basis.
